How to install cable trays

(1) When the aluminum alloy trough type large-span cable tray enters the building from outside, the outward slope of the tray shall not be less than 1/100;

(2) When cable trays intersect with electrical equipment, the clear distance between them shall not be less than 0.5m;

(3) When two sets of cable trays are laid parallel at the same height, the clear distance between them shall not be less than 0.6m;

(4) Draw the route of the cable tray on a parallel diagram, indicating the coordinates or positioning dimensions and elevations of the starting point, ending point, turning point, branch point, and lifting point of the cable tray. If a cable tray laying axis side diagram can be drawn, the material statistics will be included;

(5) The spacing, installation method, model specifications, and elevation of bridge support points, such as columns, brackets, or non-standard supports and frames, can be agreed to be listed on the plan or marked in sections using different cross-sectional, single line, or detailed drawings;

(6) The position and method of cable pull-down point: Generally speaking, for a large number of cables, vertical bending plates and vertical pull-up frames can be used, while for a small number of cables, guide plates or pipes can be used, indicating the pull-down method;

(7) Aluminum alloy cable trays should be raised above the ground by more than 2.2 meters, and the distance between the top of the tray and the ceiling or other obstacles should not be less than 0.3 meters. The width of the tray should not be less than 0.1 meters, and the filling rate of the cross-section inside the tray should not exceed 50%;

(8) When laying cables vertically in aluminum alloy cable trays, they should be fixed on the support of the tray at the upper end of the cable and every 1.5 meters interval. When laying horizontally, they should be fixed at the beginning, end, turn, and every 3-5 meters interval of the cable;

(9) When installed inside the ceiling, the opening surface of the trough cover should maintain a vertical clearance of 80 millimeters, and the utilization rate of the trough section should not exceed 50%;

(10) The cables laid in the cable tray can be unbound, and the cables inside the tray should be straight. The cables inside the tray should be straight and avoid crossing as much as possible. The cables should not overflow from the tray, and should be tied and fixed at the positions where the cables enter and exit the tray, as well as at the bends. The cables laid in vertical cable trays should be fixed on cable brackets every 1.5 meters
